CustomAxialFlux brings motor, magnetic-component and precision-manufacturing requirements into one engineering conversation. Our focus spans iron-core, coreless and PCB stators, rotor assemblies, frameless kits and custom motor or generator programs.

A coordinated manufacturing approach

Our sourcing approach connects Ganzhou rare-earth magnetics with precision machining, lamination, winding and assembly resources in the Greater Bay Area. The production route, responsible supplier, inspection scope and lead time are confirmed for each program.

Define the boundary before cutting metal

We begin with your outer and inner diameters, stack length, torque-speed duty, DC bus and cooling conditions. Build-to-print component requests and joint development programs have different design responsibilities; these are agreed during the DFM review.

A clear prototype agreement

A 3–5 week prototype schedule may be targeted for suitable projects after drawing freeze, material availability and order confirmation. Tooling, special magnet grades and validation requirements can change the schedule. Your quotation defines the actual commitment.
